There only a few articles here but the point is that Anxiety and Depression are the result of not dealing / coping with other aspects of life--- most of the other collections deal with the sorts of issues that lead us into a depressive or anxious way of thinking.
Sometimes tracing the root cause and the route of your depression is illusive. There are things that we do not want to talk about or face, that alone can lead into a level of sadness that compromises our wellbeing and our ability to function with others.
